Women's artistic gymnastics at Unigym Gatineau offers athletes the opportunity to learn and master movements on four different apparatus. Our gymnasts train on the beam, vaulting table, uneven bars and floor, where they develop agility, strength and grace. In addition to these traditional apparatus, we also use the Tumble Trak and trampoline to help our athletes learn new skills or improve their technique.

Our competitive sector at Unigym Gatineau focuses on athlete development and performance, offering opportunities for children aged 4 and over. Starting at age 8, our competitive athletes take part in a minimum of three competitions a year, with the goal of qualifying for prestigious events such as the Challenge des régions, the Championnat québécois, the Championnat de l'Est and the Canadian Championships. Places in our competitive program are limited, and an audition is mandatory for entry.

Auditions are generally held in June of each year. Please do not hesitate to contact our competitive department for further information.

Competitive gymnastics is a discipline that allows athletes to surpass themselves. Discipline, determination and motivation are three essential values that guide our gymnasts along the way. At Unigym Gatineau, we encourage and support our competitive athletes in their quest for sporting and personal excellence.

A vibrant competitive program in Unigym Gatineau !
