We're proud to offer a comprehensive, high-quality program that enables athletes to develop their skills and reach their full potential. Our team of experienced and passionate coaches strives to provide a safe and stimulating learning environment. Whether you're an enthusiastic beginner or a seasoned gymnast, we have programs to suit all levels and aspirations.

To optimize the progression of our athletes, we recommend a regular training frequency. Consistency and attendance at sessions help consolidate skills, improve physical condition, and strengthen techniques specific to gymnastics. Generally, training sessions are held two to three times per week, providing a good balance between intensity and recovery. This schedule allows athletes to maintain a high level of performance while minimizing the risk of injury.

To join our competitive team, athletes must attend an audition where their skills will be assessed by our experienced coaches. This selection procedure ensures that we assemble a dynamic and motivated team ready to take on the challenges of competitive gymnastics.
