Parkour is a physical activity consisting of moving efficiently, in different types of environments with a training method combining running, overcoming obstacles, jumps, climbing, rolling, etc.

This practice, which conveys respect, discipline, courage and the satisfaction of effort, will take your athletes out of their comfort zone!

Registrations :

  • Masson-Angers, Hull and Cantley : Wednesday, December 7th at 12pm
  • Aylmer and Plateau : Wednesday, December 7th at 7pm
  • Gatineau : Thursday, December 8th at 12pm

Winter 2023 session from Saturday, January 14th to Sunday, March 5th. No classes on February 4th and 5th.


Classes Programming (schedule and prices)




Aylmer, Hull, Masson-Angers and Gatineau: From Saturday, September 17th to Monday, December 12th. No classes from October 8th to 10th and from October 31st to November 6th.

Plateau : From Sunday, September 18th to Sunday, December 4th. No classes on September 25th. 

Cantley : From Sunday, September 18th to Sunday, December 11thNo classes on October 9th and on November 20th.

Parkour for all (initiation) - Hiver 2023

Parkour is approached as the art of movement. This discipline consists in successively crossing various obstacles, by agile and fast movements, with or without acrobatic figures. Power, speed, flexibility, explosiveness, balance, muscular endurance... based on the body awareness of the practitioners.

This course consists of an introduction in order to acquire basic notions of security.
