Acrobatic Gymnastics

A competitive acrobatic gymnastics program is a discipline where athletes work in teams (pairs, trios, or quartets) to perform spectacular routines combining lifts, acrobatics, and choreography. This sport develops strength, flexibility, coordination, and most importantly, trust between partners. Routines are performed to music and judged based on difficulty, execution, and artistry. It’s an exciting program for young athletes who enjoy taking on challenges as a team!
