MISSION

Placing participants at the heart of its priorities, Unigym Gatineau is a sports club that brings together the key stakeholders of gymnastics in Gatineau in order to promote the practice of the discipline for all and to foster a safe and supportive environment, for the benefit of the entire community.

VISION

Unigym Gatineau is a leading organization in the development of gymnastics sports in the Outaouais region and a model of athletic development at the regional, provincial, and national levels, contributing to the recognition and reputation of the City of Gatineau.

Respect

Recognizing the needs and expectations of the clientele we serve and providing services that reflect those needs. This also includes respecting the integrity and limits of each participant while supporting their personal growth and development.

Transparency and Honesty

Ensuring the open flow of information and acting with transparency. An organization that communicates clearly about its operations and practices fosters trust and engagement among all stakeholders.

Quality

Quality is defined by the ability to meet participants’ needs through the effective management of human, material, and financial resources, with a commitment to excellence and continuous improvement. It is also reflected in the sharing of coaches’ knowledge, inspiring athletes while supporting their overall development.

Flexibility consists of ensuring alignment between client needs and the range of services offered. It takes into account the use and capacity of programs and facilities, while anticipating future needs in order to provide activities and services that reflect participants’ expectations and practices.

As a core value, safety reflects the commitment to creating an environment where everyone feels protected and confident, through adherence to safety standards, risk prevention, and the implementation of safe practices.
