To optimize the progression of our athletes, we recommend a regular training frequency. Consistency and attendance at sessions help consolidate skills, improve physical condition, and strengthen techniques specific to gymnastics. Generally, training sessions are held two to three times per week, providing a good balance between intensity and recovery. This schedule allows athletes to maintain a high level of performance while minimizing the risk of injury.
