Trampoline Gymnastics
The Trampoline, Tumbling and Double Mini-Trampoline competitive programs are designed for athletes who want to develop their skills and participate in competitions at the provincial and national level. The athletes will develop their focus and perform technical feats.
The Competition
The competitive sector focuses on the athletes’ development and performance, for children aged 4 or older. From the age of 8, competitive athletes will be able to participate in three competitions during the year to qualify for the Challenge des régions, the Quebec Championships, the Eastern Championships and the Canadian Championships. Places are limited and an audition is required to get into the competitive program. The auditions usually take place in June every year. Please contact your sector for more information.
Competitive gymnastics allows athletes to surpass themselves. Discipline, determination and motivation are three key values!
