duration: *FROM DECEMBER 7TH TO MARCH 3RD

*NO CLASSES FROM DECEMBER 21ST TO JANUARY 10TH AND FROM FEBRUARY 1ST TO 3RD.

The beginner level helps young athletes learn the basics of trampoline, then at the Advanced level, to complete their training towards more complex movements. Our Gatineau center is equipped with three trampolines and a foam pit, unique in the area.

Advanced class: This class is designed for children who have acquired the basic movements in trampoline. They will learn new movements, do physical activity, develop their coordination, concentration and self-esteem. Requirement: The child must have attended at least one session with Unigym Gatineau and passed the level 5 trampoline.

Rabbits - Mixed

Hull, Masson-Angers and Buckingham

This trampoline class is designed for children who want to learn to jump and learn gymnastics moves. Children will do physical activity, develop their coordination, concentration and self-esteem. While playing and following the instructions, children will learn the vocabulary and movements of gymnastics.

Rabbits - Beginner - Mixed

While playing and following the instructions, children will learn the vocabulary and movements of gymnastics.

This class is designed for children who have acquired the basic movements in trampoline and have mastered the required elements in the Intermediate group. They will learn new movements, do physical activity, develop their coordination, concentration and self-esteem. Requirement: The child must have attended at least one session in the Intermediate group or receive an invitation from a coach
8 Year to 15 Year

Elite - Mixed

Tumbling - Flic - Mixed

Tumbling is a new sport in the region. Very similar to floor in gymnastics, athletes learn acrobatic movement sequences on a 25 metre track. This class is for participants who wish to learn to basics in tumbling; the round-off and the back-handspring and their series.
9 Year to 17 Year

Tumbling - Flip - Mixed

Tumbling is a new sport in the region. Very similar to floor in gymnastics, athletes learn acrobatic movement sequences on a 25 metre track. The Flip group is for more advanced participants who have already mastered the roundoff and the back handspring. Requirement: The child must have attended at least one session with Unigym Gatineau or receive an invitation from a coach
