This sector of activity is aimed at anyone aged 18 months and over who practices a gymnastic sport recreationally. This program focuses on physical activity. Children will develop their coordination, concentration and self-esteem. Children will learn the vocabulary and movements related to the sport of gymnastics. Introduction to gymnastics based on the CANGYM program aimed at developing basic skills in men's gymnastics.
