Open gym for 0 to 15 years old Allows children to practice gymnastics with a parent in an open class. The circuit proposed by the trainer allows to exercise and have fun in the availability of each. See available dates on our Open Classes page. No registration online, only in person.
18 Month to 3 Year

Ants - Mixed

Gatineau, Hull, Aylmer, Masson-Angers and Buckingham

With the help of mom or dad, your child will be able to explore a new environment and face new challenges. Your child will be able to climb, jump, run and play! With the guidance of a qualified coach, your child will improve their gross and fine motor skills and gymnastic abilities.
3 Year to 4 Year

Ladybugs - Mixed

Gatineau, Hull, Aylmer, Masson-Angers and Buckingham

This class will allow your child to be independent from mom and dad for the first time! Your child will learn to follow the instructions of their coach and develop his or her concentration and confidence. They will also discover new ways to get around by improving fundamental movement patterns such as jumps, rolls, swings and landings all while improving their balance and coordination.

3 Year to 4 Year

Mini-elite Beginner - Mixed

Hull, Masson-Angers and Buckingham

This is the first step towards the competitive program. Children who love gymnastics and demonstrate special skills will have the opportunity to do 1.5 hours per week. Gymnastics movements are consistently practiced and refined. The emphasis is on the development and the improvement of physical qualities. Requirement: The child must have attended at least one session in Ladybugs or Grasshopers.
3 Year to 21 Year

Open classes - Chamelons - Mixed

3-21 years old, 1 accompanying adult mandatory. The objective of the chameleons is to introduce gymnastics to children that have an ASD or an intellectual deficiency. This initiation will allow the athletes to evolve at their rhythm, according to their strengths and skills. No registration online, in person only.
4 Year to 6 Year

Elite - Girls

Aylmer, Masson-Angers and Buckingham

This class is for children wishing to take on new challenges and improve their gymnastics even faster. As in the Mini-elite, the emphasis is on developing the basic movements of gymnastics as well as the development of physical and motor skills. This group leads to the pre-competitive program. Requirement: The child must have attended at least one session with Unigym Gatineau or receive an invitation from a coach

4 Year to 6 Year

Elites - Mixed

This class is for children wishing to take on new challenges and improve their gymnastics even faster. As in the Mini-elite, the emphasis is on developing the basic movements of gymnastics as well as the development of physical and motor skills. This group leads to the pre-competitive program. Requirement: The child must have attended at least one session with Unigym Gatineau or receive an invitation from a coach
4 Year to 5 Year

Grasshoppers - Mixed

Gatineau, Hull, Aylmer, Masson-Angers and Buckingham

As the ladybugs class, your child will be able to improve basics gymnastics moves such as moving, jumps and rolls, while working on balance and coordination. He will also be able to explore new situations such as spatial orientation and body awareness.
4 Year to 5 Year

Mini-Elite - Intermediate - Mixed

This program was designed for children who have already acquired basic skills in gymnastics and who wish to acquire and practice more advanced movements and routines. Requirement: The child must have passed the level 4 (Bronze)
8 Year to 15 Year

Introduction to competition - Girls

Gatineau, Hull, Aylmer, Masson-Angers and Buckingham

Children will practice advanced movements while concentrating on their performance. They will learn routines and work on perfecting them. They will maybe even have the opportunity to participate in their first competitions! Requirement: The child must have participated to our advanced gymnastics and passed level 5 in our Cangym program.
9 Year to 15 Year

Fantastics - Mixed

Initiation to gymnastics base on the CANGYM program aiming development of basic gymnastics skills. Once these basic concepts are acquired, the child will further his learning by following the regional circuit program.
