Lessons without a parent
This class will allow your child to take a step towards independence by separating from mom and dad for the first time! He will learn to follow his coach's instructions, develop his concentration and confidence. They will also discover new ways to move by practicing basic gymnastic movements such as moves, jumps, rolls and swings while working on their balance and coordination.
Masson-Angers and Buckingham
This program focuses on physical activity. Children will develop their coordination, concentration and self-esteem.
