Introduction to floor gymnastics! This class will allow the athlete to explore the basics of floor gymnastics while developing coordination, spatial orientation, muscle strength and flexibility. This class is for beginners.

Masson-Angers and Buckingham
This program focuses on physical activity. Children will develop their coordination, concentration and self-esteem. Children will learn the vocabulary and movements related to the sport of gymnastics. Introduction to gymnastics based on the CANGYM program aimed at developing basic skills in men's gymnastics.
Aylmer
This program focuses on physical activity. Children will develop their coordination, concentration and self-esteem. Upon request of the parent, individual support is available for children with ASD or a mild disability. This support is offered for a child who can function in a group with the support of a designated instructor for the duration of the recreational session, the camp week or the pedagogical day!
