Gatineau
This class is for participants who wish to learn the basic tumbling moves: the round-off and the flic as well as their sequences.
Tumbling is a new sport in the region. Very similar to the gymnastics floor, athletes will learn acrobatic movements on a 25 meter track.
Gatineau
Prerequisite: The child must have attended at least one session with Unigym Gatineau or have received an invitation from a coach. The Salto group is for more advanced participants who have already mastered the rondade and the flic.
