Parkour is a physical activity that involves moving efficiently in different environments, using a training method that combines running, obstacle clearance, jumping, climbing, rolling and more.

This teaching transmits values such as respect, discipline, courage and the satisfaction of effort, which will get your athletes out of their comfort zone!
