Category: Tumbling
The recreational tumbling program is open from age 8 and aims to teach tumbling techniques (TUM) in a progressive way, using innovative teaching methods. The aim of this course is to develop specialization in the sequence of movements on a specially designed tumbling track.
Tumbling gymnasts perform series of jumps, flips, saltos and other acrobatic movements, linking complex combinations at high speed. They use the tumbling track, a long elastic band covered with special mats, to bounce and execute their movements with momentum and dynamism.
