Thanks to the activities and exercises offered, children have the opportunity to learn the basics of trampoline sports while developing their strength, flexibility and various motor skills. These classes, which combine the fundamentals of gymnastics and trampoline, are open to both boys and girls aged 6 and over.

It's the perfect discipline for a first experience of trampoline sports. The playful approach to learning this sport is generally much appreciated by participants. They will have the opportunity to learn the basics of trampoline safety in an engaging and stimulating way.
