This program is designed for children who have already acquired basic gymnastics skills and who wish to acquire and practice more advanced movements and routines. Prerequisite: The child must have successfully completed the Cangym Level 3 program or have received an invitation from a coach.

Prerequisite: The child must have attended at least one session in the Intermediate Mini-Elite or have received an invitation from a coach.
This course is for children who want to take on new challenges and improve their gymnastics even faster. Like the Mini-Elite, the emphasis is on perfecting basic gymnastics movements and developing physical and motor skills. This group leads to the pre-competitive program.

This program focuses on physical activity. Children will develop their coordination, concentration and self-esteem. Children will learn the vocabulary and movements related to the sport of gymnastics. Introduction to gymnastics based on the CANGYM program aimed at developing basic skills in men's gymnastics.

Introduction to competition (7 years +) - Fall 2025
Prerequisite: The child must have participated in the advanced gymnastics program, successfully completed level 5 of the Cangym program or have received an invitation from a coach.
Children will practice more advanced movements with a greater focus on the execution of these movements. They will learn and perfect routines. In addition, they will be able to prepare themselves if they wish to participate in the auditions for the competitive program.

Mini-Elite – Intermediate (4-6 years old) - Fall 2025
Prerequisite: The child must have completed at least one session in the Mini-Elite Beginner.
This class is for children who really enjoy gymnastics and show special skills. They will have the opportunity to do more than in the Ladybugs and Grasshoppers class. Basic gymnastic movements are still practiced and refined. The emphasis is on perfecting and improving physical skills.
