This sector of activity is aimed at all children aged 18 months and over who practice a gymnastic sport in a recreational form. Whether for pure enjoyment or as an introduction to competition, participants can explore a wide range of classes with gymnastic movements as their common criterion.

This program focuses on physical activity. Children will develop their coordination, concentration and self-esteem. Children will learn the vocabulary and movements related to the sport of gymnastics. The CANGYM program (levels 1 to 12) is the learning and evaluation tool.

Like the Ladybug class, your child will perfect basic gymnastic movements, such as moving, jumping and rolling, while working on balance and coordination. They will also explore new situations such as spatial orientation and body awareness.
