Pre-requisite beginner 3-5 years old ** must have attended at least one session of the ladybugs or grasshoppers course.
This sector of activity is aimed at all children aged 18 months and over who practice a gymnastic sport in a recreational form. Whether for pure enjoyment or as an introduction to competition, participants can explore a wide range of classes with gymnastic movements as their common criterion.

FALL SESSION
Aylmer
Pre-requisite beginner 3-5 years old ** must have attended at least one session of the ladybugs or grasshoppers course.
Hull
Like the Ladybug and Grasshopers class, your child will perfect basic gymnastic movements, such as moving, jumping and rolling, while working on balance and coordination. They will also explore new situations such as spatial orientation and body awareness.
Masson-Angers and Buckingham
Prerequisite: The child must have attended at least one session in the Intermediate Mini-Elite or have received an invitation from a coach.
This course is for children who want to take on new challenges and improve their gymnastics even faster. Like the Mini-Elite, the emphasis is on perfecting basic gymnastics movements and developing physical and motor skills. This group leads to the pre-competitive program.
Hull
Prerequisite: The child must have attended at least one session in the Intermediate Mini-Elite or have received an invitation from a coach.

Upon request of the parent, individual support is available for children with ASD or a mild disability. This support is offered for a child who can function in a group with the support of a designated instructor for the duration of the recreational session, the camp week or the pedagogical day!
Depending on the availability of employees.

A child's needs identification form must be completed by the parent if the request is accepted.
Gatineau
