Recreational gymnastics at Unigym Gatineau includes gymnastics, trampoline, tumbling and parkour! This sector of activity is aimed at anyone aged 18 months and over who practices a gymnastic sport recreationally. Like the Ladybug class, your child will perfect basic gymnastic movements, such as moving, jumping and rolling, while working on balance and coordination. They will also explore new situations such as spatial orientation and body awareness.

Parkour is approached as the art of movement. This discipline consists in successively crossing various obstacles, by agile and fast movements, with or without acrobatic figures. Power, speed, flexibility, explosiveness, balance, muscular endurance... based on the body awareness of the practitioners.
This course consists of an introduction in order to acquire basic notions of security.
Gatineau
This trampoline class is for children who want to jump and learn trampoline moves. Children will be physically active, develop their coordination, concentration and self-esteem. While playing and following instructions, children will learn the vocabulary and movements of the sport.
