Recreational gymnastics at Unigym Gatineau includes gymnastics, trampoline, tumbling and parkour! This sector of activity is aimed at anyone aged 18 months and over who practices a gymnastic sport recreationally. Gatineau
This program focuses on physical activity. The children will develop their coordination, concentration and self-esteem. While playing and following instructions, children will learn the vocabulary and movements of the sport. The CANGYM program (levels 1 to 12) is the learning and evaluation tool.
Gatineau
Prerequisite: The child must have attended at least one session in the Intermediate Mini-Elite or have received an invitation from a coach.
This course is for children who want to take on new challenges and improve their gymnastics even faster. Like the Mini-Elite, the emphasis is on perfecting basic gymnastics movements and developing physical and motor skills. This group leads to the pre-competitive program.
