Recreational gymnastics at Unigym Gatineau includes gymnastics, trampoline, tumbling and parkour! Like the Ladybug class, your child will perfect basic gymnastic movements, such as moving, jumping and rolling, while working on balance and coordination. They will also explore new situations such as spatial orientation and body awareness.

This program focuses on physical activity. Children will develop their coordination, concentration and self-esteem. Children will learn the vocabulary and movements related to the sport of gymnastics. Introduction to gymnastics based on the CANGYM program aimed at developing basic skills in men's gymnastics.
