This sector of activity is aimed at anyone aged 18 months and over who practices a gymnastic sport recreationally. Whether for pure enjoyment or as an introduction to competition, participants can explore a variety of classes focusing on gymnastic movements.

This program focuses on physical activity. Children will develop their coordination, concentration and self-esteem. Children will learn the vocabulary and movements related to the sport of gymnastics. Introduction to gymnastics based on the CANGYM program aimed at developing basic skills in men's gymnastics.

Tumbling beginner/intermediate (ages 6-12) - Fall 2025

This class is for participants who wish to learn the basic tumbling moves: the round-off and the base of the flic as well as their sequences.

Tumbling is a discipline related to trampoline sports. Very similar to gymnastics flooring, athletes will learn sequences of acrobatic movements on a 25-meter track.
