Recreational gymnastics at Unigym Gatineau includes gymnastics, trampoline, tumbling and parkour! This sector of activity is aimed at anyone aged 18 months and over who practices a gymnastic sport recreationally. Whether for pure enjoyment or as an introduction to competition, participants can explore a variety of classes focusing on gymnastic movements.

Please note that there are no classes for the Cantley and Plateau area for the summer session. Classes will be available in the fall.
