This sector of activity is aimed at anyone aged 18 months and over who practices a gymnastic sport recreationally. Tumbling beginner/intermediate (ages 6-12) - Fall 2025

This class is for participants who wish to learn the basic tumbling moves: the round-off and the base of the flic as well as their sequences.

Tumbling is a discipline related to trampoline sports. Very similar to gymnastics flooring, athletes will learn sequences of acrobatic movements on a 25-meter track.
