Recreational gymnastics at Unigym Gatineau includes gymnastics, trampoline, tumbling and parkour! This sector of activity is aimed at anyone aged 18 months and over who practices a gymnastic sport recreationally. Prerequisite: The child must have participated in the advanced gymnastics program, successfully completed level 5 of the Cangym program or have received an invitation from a coach.
Children will practice more advanced movements with a greater focus on the execution of these movements. They will learn and perfect routines. In addition, they will be able to prepare themselves if they wish to participate in the auditions for the competitive program.
