Recreational gymnastics at Unigym Gatineau includes gymnastics, trampoline, tumbling and parkour! This sector of activity is aimed at anyone aged 18 months and over who practices a gymnastic sport recreationally. Hull
This trampoline class is aimed at children who want to jump and learn basic trampoline movements. Children will be able to do physical activity, develop their coordination, concentration and self-esteem. While playing and following the instructions, children will learn the vocabulary, basic movements and safety rules of trampoline sport.
Masson-Angers and Buckingham
This class is for participants who wish to learn the basic tumbling moves: the round-off and the base of the flic as well as their sequences.
Tumbling is a discipline related to trampoline sports. Very similar to gymnastics flooring, athletes will learn sequences of acrobatic movements on a 25-meter track.
Gatineau
