This one and a half hour period will allow you to practice gymnastics according to your personal training plan. The supervision of the designated trainer will allow you to have fun and exercise safely according to your physical condition and gymnastic background. At the beginning of the session, you will be asked to read the rules of the gym and our code of conduct.

Pre-requisite 3-6 years old ** must have attended at least one session of the ladybugs or grasshoppers course.
