Prerequisite: The child must have participated in the advanced gymnastics program, successfully completed level 5 of the Cangym program or have received an invitation from a coach.
Children will practice more advanced movements with a greater focus on the execution of these movements. They will learn and perfect routines. In addition, they will be able to prepare themselves if they wish to participate in the auditions for the competitive program.
Hull
This trampoline class is aimed at children who want to jump and learn basic trampoline movements. Children will be able to do physical activity, develop their coordination, concentration and self-esteem. While playing and following the instructions, children will learn the vocabulary, basic movements and safety rules of trampoline sport.

First evaluation stage for the 2025-2026 Sport-Études program
An evaluation of the gymnastics level will be carried out in accordance with the criteria established by the Fédération de gymnastique du Québec, with a view to integrating the Sport-Études program for the 2025-2026 school year.
The results of this evaluation will be communicated to you by email, accompanied by information on the next steps, if applicable.
Masson-Angers and Buckingham
This class is for participants who wish to learn the basic tumbling moves: the round-off and the base of the flic as well as their sequences.
Tumbling is a discipline related to trampoline sports. Very similar to gymnastics flooring, athletes will learn sequences of acrobatic movements on a 25-meter track.
