Recreational gymnastics at Unigym Gatineau includes gymnastics, trampoline, tumbling and parkour! This trampoline class is for children who want to jump and learn trampoline moves. Children will be physically active, develop their coordination, concentration and self-esteem. While playing and following instructions, children will learn the vocabulary and movements of the sport.
Masson-Angers and Buckingham
This class is for participants who wish to learn the basic tumbling moves: the round-off and the base of the flic as well as their sequences.
Tumbling is a discipline related to trampoline sports. Very similar to gymnastics flooring, athletes will learn sequences of acrobatic movements on a 25-meter track.
