Acrobatic gymnastics classes for ages 6 to 15. No experience required.

Recreational acrobatic gymnastics is a dynamic discipline that combines strength, flexibility and coordination through duo or group figures. Participants develop their confidence, team spirit and physical skills while having fun in a supervised environment.

Prerequisite: The child must have attended at least one session in the Intermediate Mini-Elite or have received an invitation from a coach.

This course is for children who want to take on new challenges and improve their gymnastics even faster. Like the Mini-Elite, the emphasis is on perfecting basic gymnastics movements and developing physical and motor skills. This group leads to the pre-competitive program.

Pre-requisite 3-6 years old ** must have attended at least one session of the ladybugs or grasshoppers course.

Pre-requisite 4-6 years old ** must have attended at least one session of the ladybugs or grasshoppers course.
