This program focuses on physical activity. The children will develop their coordination, concentration and self-esteem. While playing and following instructions, children will learn the vocabulary and movements of the sport. The CANGYM program (levels 1 to 12) is the learning and evaluation tool.

This trampoline class is for children who want to jump and learn trampoline moves. There will be a focus on combinations and routines. Participants will also be introduced to other trampoline sports equipment.

Special "Holiday Respite" Gymnastics Class

Give your children an active and fun start to the holidays with our 2-hour gymnastics class! While the children are having fun in complete safety, enjoy a moment to do your Christmas shopping or wrap your gifts in peace.
