Members of the Board of Directors are elected at the Annual General Meeting which normally takes place in mid-November. The role of the Board of Directors is to make sure that the Club operates effectively according to the policies in place and in a safe manner.
They are responsible for respecting the mandate of the Club to achieve its objectives. For more information about the composition of the Board of Directors as well as its operation, see the By Laws available on our website.
