This morning, Unigym Gatineau had the great pleasure of welcoming Ellie Black for a special training session with our athletes. Her presence created an inspiring and emotional moment for all the young gymnasts in attendance.

Originally from Nova Scotia, Ellie Black is one of the most accomplished artistic gymnasts in Canadian history. She has represented Canada at multiple Olympic Games and has made her mark on the international stage at the World Championships, Pan American Games, and Commonwealth Games. Known for her determination, leadership, and sportsmanship, she is a true role model for the next generation of Canadian athletes.

To make this visit even more special, Ellie brought along her Commonwealth Games medals, which our athletes had the opportunity to admire up close. It was a unique opportunity to connect with an exceptional athlete and to see firsthand the hard work, perseverance, and passion behind great athletic performances.
