In order to feel safe, your child will explore the world of gymnastics with the help of a parent. They will discover a colorful and musical gymnastics environment with several apparatus to climb, jump, run, roll and especially have fun! A qualified trainer will help them improve their motor skills and gymnastics.

Lessons without a parent

This class will allow your child to take a step towards independence by separating from mom and dad for the first time! He will learn to follow his coach's instructions, develop his concentration and confidence. They will also discover new ways to move by practicing basic gymnastic movements such as moves, jumps, rolls and swings while working on their balance and coordination.
