Acrobatic gymnastics classes for ages 6 to 15. No experience required.

Recreational acrobatic gymnastics is a dynamic discipline that combines strength, flexibility and coordination through duo or group figures. Participants develop their confidence, team spirit and physical skills while having fun in a supervised environment.

This program focuses on physical activity. The children will develop their coordination, concentration and self-esteem. While playing and following instructions, children will learn the vocabulary and movements of the sport. The CANGYM program (levels 1 to 12) is the learning and evaluation tool. 

Choose the clinic of your choice according to the movement. Clinic lasting 1 hour on a specific date.

Online payment required, no on-site payment will be accepted.

Like the Ladybug class, your child will perfect basic gymnastic movements, such as moving, jumping and rolling, while working on balance and coordination. They will also explore new situations such as spatial orientation and body awareness.
